We want you to love every purchase from Pure Desi. If you are not fully satisfied, our Return and Exchange Policy outlines how we handle requests.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate an exchange, contact us with your order number and video proof of the issue.

To file a complaint for a damaged parcel, incorrect or missing items, please film a video while opening the package to serve as proof.

In case of incorrect product delivery, replacement requests will only be processed if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we do not process replacements for items that have been opened or used.

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Items must be exchanged within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Used or opened products are not eligible for exchange.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will offer an exchange. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with video proof.
