Take a teaspoon of foot soak and add it in warm water. Dip your feet in for 15-20 mins. If there is any dead skin it will appear white. Scrub and then pat dry. Can be used in a bath tub for a body soak also to ease muscle pain for the whole body.

If your skin doesn’t agree with the product, please discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
